Job 1, job 2, proiecte pentru casa, shooting, editare, cateva dulciuri si lipsa de la antrenamente…Mi-am cam facut de cap si corpul resimte presiunea.
Stii fraza “De luni incep sa…”? Ei bine, azi e luni si eu incep DETOX-ul. Pe o perioada de 10 zile.
Planul e sa înlocuiesc masa de dimineata cu un smoothie, dar nu unul oarecare.Asadar, am mers la cumparaturi si mi-am “înverzit” camara cu bunatati. “Razboinicul” meu smoothie arata cam asa :
Iata ce ai nevoie pentru un smoothie(aprox. 500 ml) :
- 1 mar
- 1 para
- 1 banana
- cateva frunze de spanac proaspat
- 2 frunze de salata verde
- 1 tulpina de telina
- sucul de la jumatate de lamaie
- o lingurita de seminte chia
- 70 ml de apa
- cateva frunze de patrunjel
- cateva frunze de menta proaspăta
Amesteca toate ingredientele intr-un blender si mixeaza-le. Daca nu ai un blender, poti folosi un mixer vertical, asa cum am facut si eu.
Chiar daca par ciudate toate aceste ingrediente într-un smoothie, are un gust chiar delicios. Dar ceea ce ar trebui sa primeze, sunt beneficiile care le aduce organismului :
- Energie
- Piele mai neteda, fara cearcãne
- Antioxidanti
- Vitamine : A, B6, C, K
- Magneziu, Potasiu, Calciu, Fier
- Intarirea sistemului imunitar
- Scaderea în greutate.

What will you need?
Place the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth. If you don’t have one, use a hand blender, like I did.
I know it sounds strange mixing all these ingredients, but don’t worry because is tastes great. Here are the benefits of this little warrior :
- More energy
- Smooth skin, without dark circles under eyes
- Antioxidants
- Vitamins :A,C, B6, K
- Magnesium, Calcium,Iron, Potassium
